Omer brings more than four decades of international trade and heavy-industrial project leadership to Quartz — experience in taking complex assets from greenfield concept to full commercial production, with deep expertise in engineering risk mitigation and finance structuring. His landmark achievements include the end-to-end engineering and launch of a 500-TPD wheat flour milling facility in Egypt (USD 15 million, technically validated on-site by leading Canadian industry experts) and a 2,000-TPD greenfield cement plant in Sudan, built with German technology partner ThyssenKrupp (USD 135 million). That same discipline now underpins every Quartz venture, alongside strong relationships with Dubai’s top real estate developers.
